Find a Home in Just 4 Days!

We moved to Seattle from Washington, D.C. and were completely unfamiliar with Seattle's neighborhoods, school districts, etc. In addition, we only had one long weekend to house-hunt in Seattle before our moving date. Knowing that we were unfamiliar with Seattle, Bob started our first day of house-hunting with a full tour of the city and its many neighborhoods. We were armed with several dozen house listings Bob had compiled prior to our arrival and were able to see dozens of homes in the first two days of our trip. We found the perfect townhouse on day 2. Bob arranged for a complete home inspection on day 3 and we signed the necessary paperwork on day 4 before boarding a plane back to Washington, D.C.

We only had 4 days to find a home and couldn't have accomplished our goal without Bob truly listening to what type of home and what specific features we were looking for. Bob was so well-prepared and organized. In addition, since we were unable to be in town for the closing, Bob volunteered to be there for us to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Buying a home in Seattle couldn't have been a smoother process thanks to Bob's hard work. Colleen

Colleen Moves Into A New Home

Colleen transferred from Denver to Seattle but knew very little about the area. She was a referral from another agent. I first showed her neighborhoods, discovered the ones she liked then started looking for houses in those neighborhoods. We found a great home in Shoreline that is perfect for Colleen, her two dogs and her daughter.

Although very happy there, Colleen has just received a promotion and will be leaving Seattle soon and I will be helping her to sell the house. Stay tuned!

Les and Amy had already moved out of the area and had been trying to sell this wonderful Queen Anne home through another agent.

Victoria

Victoria decided to move to Mexico. She is a wonderful artist and her three story home was also her studio. The house was listed by another agent for a few months but didn't sell.

Victoria and Bob clicked right off and he offered to list her house and to have Dennis Conner of Design Dialogue come in at my cost to stage Victoria's home using her own furniture and art. Because the house was zoned work/live it presented special challenges but I marketed it to commercial brokers and we were able to sell the home in under 30 days!

Victoria is now living in Sunny Mexico and the new owner of this wonderful Madrona home has a great hair salon.
